Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026.
This policy explains what QA Ledger collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, company name, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Your content: the projects, inspections, photos, documents and records you enter.
- Usage & technical data: log data such as IP address and timestamps needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Billing: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send transactional email (e.g. invitations and password resets), and support you. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Data isolation
Each company's data is logically isolated so one customer cannot access another's records.
Retention & your choices
We keep Your Data while your account is active. You can request an export or deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your records subject to reasonable backup retention.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and per-tenant access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
